HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN IKLIM ORGANISASI
DI BANK MANDIRI SYARIAH CABANG KABANJAHE

ABSTRACT
This study purposed to find out the correlation of organizational culture with organizational climate in Mandiri Syariah Bank Branch Kabanjahe. This study
hold on total sampling as technique for selecting samples. Then, the samples are the whole employees of Mandiri Syariah Bank Branch Kabanjahe, 42 Persons.
Hypothesis proposed in this study namely is there is positif correlation between organizational culture with organizational climate There is a significant correlation between organizational culture and organizational climate in wich r coefficient is 0,336 while p is 0,030. This show that the correlation is positif. It means that if the organizational culture strengthens so that the organizational climate will be positif. Then, the determinant coefficient R² is 0,113. It means that 11,3% organizational climate is influenced by organizational culture.
